The CID-DATA.COM™ databases contain comprehensive contact information for Common Interest Developments (CIDs). CIDs are made up of Condos, Cooperatives, HOAs, PUDs, etc. Click here to find out more about what makes up a CID.

CID-DATA.COM™ data is derived from the public records and real estate filings that Common Interest Developments (CIDs) and Condominiums (Hawaii) are required to submit to the respective Secretaries of State and Departments of Real Estate.

CID-DATA.COM™ currently provides databases for the following states:

Arizona
Data as of 12/15/xxxx Publishes annually December xxxx
California*
Data as of 12/31/xxxx Publishes annually between February - March xxxx
Hawaii
Data as of 12/15/xxxx Publishes annually in December xxxx
Nevada
Data as of 12/15/xxxx Publishes annually in December xxxx
Oregon
Data as of 12/15/xxxx Publishes annually in December xxxx

Each CID-DATA.COM™ database is provided on a Compact Disc (CD) in both an ASCII text, comma delimited (.txt) format , for easy import into virtually any database management program you may have; and in a Microsoft EXCEL (.xls) format. Mailing addresses have been verified against the U.S. Postal Service Database.

The Arizona and California are organized in three records for each CID:

    • The Agent or manager for the CID "A" - record
    • CID Mailing address "M" - record
    • The CID President's "P" - record

The Hawaii database is organized in four records for each property:

    • The Contact for the property "CON" - record
    • The Manager's address "MGR" - record
    • The Officer/Other - Presidnet, etc - "PRES" - record
    • The Project "PROJ" - record

Telephone numbers for the Contact and Manager are included along with the number of living units for each property.

The Nevada data is organized in five records for each CID:

    • The Agent or manager or developer for the CID "A" - record
    • The Mailing address "M" -record
    • The CID President's "P" - record
    • CID type "TYPE" - record
    • Number of units (where available) "Units" - record

The Oregon data is organized in tfour records for each CID:

  • The Agent or manager or developer for the CID "A" - record
  • The Mailing address "M" -record
  • The CID President's "P" - record
  • The CID Secretary's "S" - record

All Oregon CIDs are "Active" associations at the time of publishing.

Once installed in your data management program, you can select any record type and sort the data on a number of parameters based on your needs.
